Our ongoing Support Service does all the jobs you hate! From producing new or amended staff contracts, through to SSP / Holiday calculations or negotiating employee disputes. Our friendly, experienced team is on hand to provide correct, concise advice and guidance on any HR related issue. We can also provide on-site consultancy such as mediation & training.

We do not sell our Support Service on the back of the ‘Fear Factor’ surrounding employee rights and HSE prosecutions. Some of our clients call us every week, others only once or twice a year. The bottom line is that all of our clients are happy paying our prices for the ‘peace of mind’ factor.

Our support service Includes:

• Production of new starter / amended Terms & Conditions of Employment
• Telephone Advice Line. Personal advice & support on any Personnel / HR issues 
• Guidance through Staff Disciplinary / Grievance procedures
• Drafting of any required letters
• Ongoing production of supplemental admin HR & Personnel forms (Job Application, Self-Cert, Fact Sheets etc)
• Holiday, Maternity or Paternity, SSP, Notice Pay calculations
• Redundancy, TUPE and Employment Tribunal support

1-9 Employees       £25 + VAT - Payable per month by Standing Order
10-19                       £30 + VAT
20-29                       £35 + VAT

Payments are made by Standing Order rather than Direct Debit so you stay in control. However, our annual renewal rate runs at over 90%.
