All companies, regardless of size, must comply with Health & Safety law. Our Employment Law System contains a statutory level of Health & Safety documentation which, when supplemented by the relevant Risk Assessments, may be sufficient for businesses in ‘low-risk’ environments. Fire Safety Record Manual - £60 (per site, VAT zero rated)

We produce a popular A4 ring-bound manual which incorporates a self completion Fire Risk Assessment, and assists you in fulfilling your legal obligations in relation to the new (October 2006) Fire Regulations.

We have reviewed the government guidance notes on your behalf, and produced a pre-designed step-by-step Fire Safety Policy guide. You answer a series of pre-set yes/no questions and act on the highlighted actions to achieve compliance - without the need for costly consultancy charges. Proved & tested on numerous occasions by Fire Inspection Officers.

The final completed manual should be stored for easy access, as it contains vital information that can be handed over to the emergency services in the event of a fire (evacuation plan, map of the building, list of Fire Marshalls etc). Beware of CD Rom / Web Based solutions – will the Fireman have time to sit down and ‘log-on’ in the event of an emergency?!
