Magenta Moon's £1-a-day online HR support service

hrbank provides clients with a comprehensive database of template contracts, handbooks, policies, procedures, and documentation, to assist you with almost any HR issue. The site also provides user-friendly guidance notes explaining in non-legal terms the key areas of employment law which affect employers on a day-to-day basis.

The site has been designed to be as user-friendly as possible. Once accessed by your unique user name and password, simply click on the subject topic folder, and then choose either HR Guidance Notes or HR Templates. Topics are clearly defined, and each document in the relevant topic is then listed in chronological order, meaning the user can progress step-by-step easily and quickly as issues develop. Documents open on screen, and can then be completed to your personal requirements before being saved on your own system and/or being printed out for your use.  To make things even easier, we have used a 'click and type' facility which enables the user to quickly insert the text required to complete the document or letter. Simply click on any shaded item and then type.

hrbank is provided by Magenta Moon in association with leading midlands solicitors group, The Smith Partnership. It is available as an integral facility within Magenta Moon's comprehensive documentation and ongoing support service, or can be purchased separately on an annual unlimited access fee of £365 plus VAT.
